Giving back is ingrained into who we are at Chambers Creek. As a leading 55+ community in Willis, TX, we believe in building a community of connection, compassion, and civic engagement.
From local partnerships to hands-on volunteering, our residents and our team members are committed to making a difference and are proud to support the people and organizations that help Montgomery County thrive.
How Chambers Creek Supports Local Charities
In the past two years, Chambers Creek has contributed more than $50,000 and hundreds of volunteer hours to local nonprofits and events.
One of our most impactful partnerships is with New Danville, a nonprofit serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This spring, we hosted “New Danville Day” at our community, where our team and residents connected with New Danville adults through pickleball, fishing, putting, and shared stories. This spring we also served as a table sponsor at their Spring Thing Luncheon and donated $2,500 to the organization during our Drive Into Your Dream Home Tour in April.

We’re also proud supporters of the following initiatives which raise funds and awareness for heart health, cancer prevention, and community healthcare services.
- Women Empowering Women (Interfaith Community Clinic – The Woodlands)
- Go Red for Women (American Heart Association – Houston Chapter)
- In the Pink of Health (Memorial Hermann – Houston & The Woodlands)
Building Community and Making a Difference
Our community members are not just supporters, they’re active participants. This year, Chambers Creek residents volunteered their time at during the Insperity Invitational Golf Tournament, helping engage with attendees and representing our community.

Our team also works closely with the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce and the Montgomery County Community Foundation to further expand on community initiatives and build relationships with local business owners and leaders of local nonprofit organizations.
Through our partnership with the Montgomery County Food Bank, our team and residents volunteer onsite at their facility and will also be participating in their upcoming All Associates Serve Day in June.
Other organizations we partner with include the following:
- Montgomery County Fair & Rodeo, which provides scholarships for youth education
- Willis ISD Education Foundation, which provides an avenue for business and community members to enhance the education process
- Yes to Youth, which provides critical services for at-risk youth
Be a Part of Something Meaningful
Here at Chambers Creek we’re not just building homes. We’re creating a legacy of compassion and community. Together we’re building a stronger and more connected community in Montgomery County and beyond.
