We had almost 1,000 homebuyers—some who became new homeowners—at our recent Let the Good Times Roll grand opening celebration in Willis, TX! It was a sunny, fall day filled with food, drinks, live music, activities, special guests, model home open houses, homesite tours, “swag,” and more!

Join us for a celebration of all things spring on Saturday, April 15 from 11 am to 1 pm in the Model Home Park. There will be lunch, live music, special treats, and prizes. It’s BYOK (bring your own kite) and kids are welcome.

Join us at Chambers Creek for our inaugural putting tournament! The prize pool is 50% to 1st place, 30% to 2nd place, and 20% to 3rd place! Play as many times as you want! $10 entry fee per play.Find your stance, warm up your backswing, and get ready to show off your follow through! 

Guests are invited to cast a line to fun at Fish Fest, a special event celebrating the grand opening of Lehman Park, our 90-acre outdoor amenity. We will kick off the day with a fishing tournament and wrap up the fun with a delicious fish fry! Grandkids & families are welcome, too! RSVP & Learn…
